Arthritis Foundation Aquatics Program
This warm water exercise program offers improved joint flexibility, range of motion and muscle strength for those with arthritis. Videos are available for at-home exercise.Find Locations

Arthritis Foundation Exercise (formerly known as PACE)
A gentle land-based exercise program for increasing joint flexibility and range of motion and maintaining muscle strength. Videos are available for at-home exercises.Find Locations

Chronic Disease Self Management
This is a six week workshop series designed to bring individuals and families coping with a chronic disease together in a community setting to meet and share with one another. Individuals learn and practice skills to maintain and/or enhance their participation in daily activities. The program introduces tools needed in the day-to-day management of the disease. The program is designed to be a support to regular treatment and to disease specific education. See Calendar Page for current workshop locations and dates

Fibromyalgia Support Group
Share your successes and problems with others, and get tips about how to overcome problems caused by fibromyalgia. Activities include discussions, guest speakers and social activities.Find Locations

Lupus Support Group
