Although little thought is given t the idea that child's spine could be affected by disease during the school-age years, many children develop condition which begin in childhood and progress rapidly during adolescents that affect the spine. These conditions are known as scoliosis and kyphosis.
This video is the second in a two part series that informs schools of the symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of these diseases and a demonstration on how to perform initial mass screenings of students.
